We are a small, well-coordinated team with many years of experience in construction and finishing works. Our founder, Nikolay Smilyanov, returned to Bulgaria in 2023 after years in England, where he built a successful career in the same field. With many completed projects both abroad and in Bulgaria — and drawing on that experience and high standards of quality — Nikolay took on the ambitious task of bringing to the Bulgarian market a service built entirely around the client's needs and vision. The Sense 8 team is focused on changing the widespread belief that taking on a renovation or finishing works has to mean stress and problems.
At Sense 8 we believe one person cannot do everything well enough — even when everyone calls them a "master craftsman." That's why we work with specialists dedicated to each specific trade. Our success is measured by the satisfaction of our clients, so that is our goal. We're inspired by the ideas behind every project and turn them into something crafted with care.
We strive to disprove the belief that quality finishing works and a beautiful interior have to be expensive. We work with established suppliers of materials and furniture, both in Bulgaria and abroad. We are enthusiastic and genuinely happy to bring even our clients' boldest ideas to life.
